Interested in working together? Please write to me in the form below with a brief description of what you’re looking for, or any questions you have about starting psychotherapy, and I will return your message as soon as I can (usually within one business day).

Typically, after addressing any questions you have, I will offer to set up either (1) an initial, free 15-minute phone consultation to address any questions and see whether we would be a good fit working together, and/or (2) a first meeting, usually for 50 minutes, either in person or via Zoom.

Please note: I do not participate in insurance networks or file insurance claims. However, the monthly bills I provide contain the necessary information for submitting out-of-network reimbursement claims. For individuals with Medicare, I can also produce a Medicare opt-out letter upon request.
